The old Hill City-Keystone highway is really pretty. It must cross the 1880 Train tracks over a dozen times, and it&#039;s got a great view of Harney Peak. 

Then again, the area around Palmer Gulch and Highway 244 is really pretty too. Tough decisions, all around. Does the National Park Service have any say?</description>
