National Treasure on TV Next Week

By Dustin • Dec 2nd, 2007 • Category: Uncategorized

The first National Treasure movie poster.

I just got home and flipped on the TV to have some noise while I unpacked groceries, and Sci Fi has the first National Treasure on for the second night in a row – a bizarre lead-in to their premier of Tin Man,* but it’s nice to catch up on the film before the sequel is released in three weeks.

I only caught the last 45 minutes or so, so I did a quick search and found out that USA is airing National Treasure next week. If you need to brush up before Book of Secrets comes out on the 21st (like me), tune in on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 8 p.m. or on Wednesday, Dec. 12 at 3 p.m.

*I feel compelled to point out the South Dakota connection here. Tin Man is a Wizard of Oz interpretation, based on the writings of L. Frank Baum, who was a newspaper editor in Aberdeen in the late 19th-century. The first tornado ever photographed happened in Aberdeen while he was a resident there.
